My name is Judith McDonald. I am a third generation family member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Parish. I have lived in Jefferson my whole life and have celebrated many of the Sacraments of my Faith right here at St. John the Baptist.
I am an alumni of SJB School, enrolled here and graduated as a member of the class of 1977, graduating from Jefferson Senior High School in 1981.I am a Mother to 2 grown children, a Son and a Daughter, and enjoy caring for up to 200 children here at SJB.
After completing the 2001/2002 school year as a substitute secretary, I was offered the position permanently. My favorite part of working here at SJB is watching the little ones come into our school so unsure and shy and growing and maturing through the years and leaving us strong and sure young people, ready to stand by the beliefs of our Faith.
I enjoy flea markets and rummage sales; finding treasures and old items that are no longer loved and restoring them back to a useful life. I also enjoy needlework and other crafts. I also enjoy bike riding, reading and going on long walks with my “fluffy friend.”
